This archive does not claim ownership of the music, performances, photographs or footage it preserves. Rights remain with the people who created them.
Requesting removal
Copyright holders may request removal. Write to with the item, the page it appears on, and the basis of the request.
On receipt, public playback of the item is suspended while the request is reviewed. The archive can hide material temporarily, remove public playback permanently, and retain or delete the preserved original according to the applicable decision. Every resolution is documented so the record of what happened remains intact.
Contributors confirm at upload that they recorded the material themselves or have permission to contribute it. Where a contributor's claim turns out to be mistaken, the material is removed.
